Abstracts of approx. 300 words should be submitted electronically prepared in Word for Windows text editor, Times New Roman font, 10 pt, single spacing and sent directly per e-mail to secretary of the symposium, wmhe2015@gmail.com.
The papers should contain maximum number of 10 (A5) pages. Full paper preparation instructions will be specified in the Second Announcement. The papers accepted by the Scientific Committee could be presented orally at the symposium sessions or as poster presentations. All accepted papers will be published in the proceedings and on CD.

Review process
Papers Are double-blind peer reviewed before final submission to the conference. Initially, paper abstracts are read and selected by the conference Scientific Committee as possible papers for the conference.
WMHE2015’s Publication Ethics and Publication Malpractice Statement is based, on the guidelines and standards developed by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Steps of the review process:
- Review of the submitted abstracts – first screening of the subject.
- Review of the submitted paper – screening of the subject the scientific structure of the manuscript (theory, methods, conclusion, …), references (avoid too many self-citations), language quality (standard professional English is required).
- Acceptance, acceptance with revisions or rejection of the manuscript.
